Mindful is still shipping! Due to increased precautions the delivery times below might not be accurate.
We are following government recommendations to keep our warehouse staff safe including keep a 6 foot or 2 meter distance from each other and regularly sanitizing all work spaces.
Because of these additional measures, we might not be able to ship out your package as quickly as we usually do. You will received your order, but we ask for your patience if it's a few days later than you expected.

General Shipping Information
Orders are delivered by multiple couriers including FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
All orders are shipped on the same day if placed before 10AM EST Monday through Friday. Non-rush orders placed after 10AM EST Sunday through Thursday will ship the next day.
Rush orders (express or overnight) placed Monday through Friday as late as 4PM EST will be shipped that day, and can only be guaranteed if the order is placed over the phone (call 1-844-892-8399).
Rush orders (express or overnight) placed after Friday at 4PM EST and on Saturdays will ship on Monday (except holidays).
Priority, Express, and Overnight shipping options all deliver on Saturdays (contiguous US).
Free shipping is available only in the continental US.
Since order processing is generally done on the same day, cancellations are not possible. Please order carefully. Also note that express shipping options and any other third party fees are non-refundable.

*For some countries additional processing time is required. For countries in Asia, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands and Romania, and those with rural addresses, additional shipping time may occur. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an email when your order has been processed. This will include your tracking information and the status of your order. (This may take 12-48 hours.) You will receive email updates as your order makes its way to your home. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

International Taxes & Duties
International orders (outside of the US) may also be subject to import duties or taxes. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country. We assume no responsibility for these fees. International customers are responsible to pay for any inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees your local customs authority deems necessary. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Mindful, and thus cannot be refunded.
International packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
Customers are responsible for all applicable laws and legal regulations of the country to which their order is shipped. We are not liable or responsible for customers who break these laws.
We therefore reserve the right to cancel any order, without reason, and provide a full refund.
If you have elected to purchase shipping insurance, your package is insured against loss, damage, and theft. To file a claim, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate which of the following three claims you are filing.
1. For Lost Claims: We use the carrier's tracking information to determine if the package was delivered and if any exceptions were noted upon delivery. You do not need to provide any documentation.
2. For Damage Claims: Please provide photos of the damaged items and attach them to your claim. For damage claims you have 72 hours to file the damage claim for concealed damage.
3. For Theft Claims (porch theft): After delivery of the package has been confirmed by the carrier's tracking information, you have 24 hours to file a theft claim. Within 48 hours after your claim is filed, you must send a copy of either a police report or proof that a report was filed with the police, such as a confirmation number or video of the theft in process.
